Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before the product has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

Refunds

• Since our products are organic/natural (Vermicompost), we offer refunds only if the product is received in a damaged condition or the wrong item is delivered.

• Please provide a photo/video of the damaged package within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a refund.

• Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Customers can cancel their order at any time before the product has been dispatched. Once the item has been handed over to the courier partner, cancellations cannot be processed. To cancel, please call or WhatsApp us at 9897320157.
